What can of credit card do we accept? We accept Visa/MC and Discover. 

Who do I contact to exchange or return a product? All exchanges will be responsible for shipping.
Simply call 336-288-0657 or e-mail backreliefunlimited@yahoo.com . We are unable to take any returns on bedding, pillows and or wedges. Products or packaging can not be damaged. SportAll, SportMax & WorkSport or any other garments wore close to your skin  & Pillows and Wedges are non-returnable.

  • Mattresses and Foundations are non-returnable non-refundable merchandise.

  • What charges apply if I decide to return a product?  SportAll, SportMax & WorkSport or any other garments wore close to your skin are non-returnable.
    If you decide to return a product within the 30 day limit, you will receive full credit less s/h fees and incur a 10% restocking fee for those products. The items must be in resalable condition and have original packaging in order for us to accept the return.

  • Will I be charged shipping if I return or exchange something?                                                                                                                Since, we  no longer charge Shipping Charges on the original order , you will only be charged delivery if you want to exchange.  Shipping charges will incur on the Exchange order.

  • How many days do I have to inspect and try out the merchandise?
    You have 5 days, starting date is when items are shipped. If there is a defect, we will replace it for no charge as soon as it is returned.

  • Do I get charged extra for express deliveries or shipping other methods than USPS?                                                         Yes, you do. It is only free shipping, if it is sent regular shipping methods. We ship USPS, any other methods will not be free shipping.

  • If I live outside of U.S., Do I pay shipping charges?               Yes you do. We only offer free shipping within U.S.

  • How do I exchange a product, and do any charges apply?
    No  restocking or cancellation fees will incur, you will only be responsible for shipping costs and any price differences.

  • What if I cancel my order?
    If you cancel your order prior to MasterCard & Visa's processing you will incur no cancellation fee. However any order that is cancelled after your MC/Visa has been processed you will incur a 5% processing fee to cover that fee MC/Visa   Discover &  charges us.

  • What if I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
    If you cancel an order after it has been shipped you will be charged the 10% restocking fee and be responsible for the shipping.
